Residence 33 grew from a specific site in Guanacaste and a client who knew exactly what they wanted: a home that earns its place in the landscape. Clean volumes, social spaces that open onto the terrace and pool, and generous windows that bring the light in without giving the view away. Designed and built as a single integrated process — from first sketch to final key.
